Spicy Sesame Cucumbers
This is a super simple, delicious, and pretty healthy recipe that I've been making A LOT lately! It can be made in under 10 minutes, and once you have the ingredients on hand, you can pretty much make it whenever you want. It's great as leftovers too - leaving it to chill in the fridge for a few hours lets the flavors deepen! I wouldn't recommend leaving it more than 24 hours though, as the cucumbers may become too soggy -- I love a bit of crunch to mine!
